i made the bootable usb and i copy the files inside but when i get to the flashing and i type to flash the backup file it doesnt flash it.

after searching for 5-6 hours i learned that in all of this stupidity i done something usefull. now i think i bricked both of them cause when i plug the in the motherboard the hdmi gives no signal. then i used my old card Saphire HD7700 cause i thought i could fix it. and i flashed it once ( acting stupidly ) with a wrong vbios. There was no problems when flashing but I couldn't get back into Windows after rebooting. I originally tried to the lastest BIOS version from the link you posted. If I live with the problem will the graphics card get worse?Īfter spending the past 2 googling/reading forums with no clear solution, I decided to try my luck here. Should I try to flash the BIOS again or try a different rom? I fixed the problem by switching to my cards 2nd bios to get in windows and flashed it back to the original bios that I backed up.

I got the latest bios for my card from techpowerup and flashed it with ATIWinFlash using the cmd prompt.Īfter doing that and restarting, my PC turned on but didn't boot/post. uninstalled my old graphics drivers and used DDU to completely clean everything out before installing the new drivers The lines appear every so often only for a split second and it seems to be when an image changes rapidly. Sometimes on desktop and in my browser but mostly while watching/streaming videos.
